Our traditional Mat Pilates class is a class where we focus on lengthening, strengthening and toning your body. This powerful and graceful practice uses your body's core to empower your entire physique and connect your mind and breath with your body. Performed correctly, the exercises will help your body become longer and leaner, and you will feel a renewed energy of the mind, body and spirit.
Pilates fusion is an amazing core and full body workout where we also incorporate cardio. Be prepared to sweat up a storm as you tone your entire body. We incorporate moves from yoga, barre, cardio and Pilates in this workout as opposed to our mat Pilates class which is a classical based Pilates class
The great thing about Barre fusion is that it's for everyone. In this class we deliver a full body workout by using low impact movements. Get ready to work all range of motion with small movements. Don't be fooled by the small movements though, this class will definitely get those muscles functioning, aligned and toned. We'll use bands and light weights as well as your own body weight to transform your body.
All levels yoga is a class for everyone. This class will vary in poses but will leave you feeling well rounded. If you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while this class will support your practice. We'll use props such as blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters to make sure your yoga needs are met. This class is a slower flow than our Vinyasa Power hour.
Vinyasa Power Hour is a fluid and active style of yoga, and connects each movement with breath. All-levels are welcome but this class is our most intense yoga class. Our goal in this class is to get your focused on mind/body awareness and have you break a sweat in the hour that we've got you here. Expect to experience a range of postures (standing, seated, inverted, prone and supine), surya namaskar (sun salutations), pranayama (breath practices) and a closing relaxation (savasana).
Looking forward to the weekend but hoping to get a quick class in? Happy Hour Yoga is the place to be to start your weekend off right! Our Vinyasa style class will take you through poses including Sun salutations, balancing poses, core work and floor poses. Be prepared for a more fluid practice where we match the breath and movement. Come in and flow with us, you'll earn your weekend with this class!
This class starts with an all-levels vinyasa flow to wake up the body followed by deeper and longer held stretches using elements of yin yoga.This hour long class provides a sweet combination of different yoga styles to facilitate harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.
Drop the little ones off for an hour of fun and movement with our Kids Yoga! This spirited class incorporates games, music, themed movement and story visualizations to create an imaginative adventure for our little yogis. Kids are given tools to calm their busy minds while building strength, joy and confidence within themselves. As an added bonus, parents are given an hour to leisurely enjoy the shops and cafes of Freshfields Village. We hope to see your little yogis for this playful class, full of love and encouragement!
Hump Day can be exhausting so why not wind down with us at STUDIO 33 in our slow flow yoga class. We'll focus on the movement and breath but spend more time unwinding the mid week slump. Feel free to B YO wine or beverage of choice and get to know the community you practice with at the STUDIO!
In Pilates HIIT we take building our abs and our cardio to a new level. This hour long class we focus on toning your core with our Pilates inspired moves and also incorporate High Intensity Intervals to elevate your heart rate. You can bet you'll leave stronger and sweatier than you came!
