Fitness, to me, has always been a way of calming the chaos and busyness of everyday life. Growing up, I was a big cardio fan, but as I've gotten older I realize the importance of slowing down and listening to my body. I now gravitate towards barre and especially yoga, which has become the biggest and most rewarding release for me; even going a day or two without just a little movement on my mat makes me feel out of whack. Since coming to my first class at STUDIO 33 and now working here, I've found such a great outlet and community of amazing people. When I'm not at the studio, you can find me on my computer designing, cooking, reading, or ogling over every dog that comes into my sight. I look forward to seeing your face at the front desk or in class!
