Yoga for Beginners

Whether its your first time stepping on a mat or your looking to refresh or deepen your practice, this class is for you. Recommended for all levels, beginners to advanced, this workshop style class will breakdown the poses with assisted alignment, adjustments and offer modifications to everyone who joins. Have an injury? Tight shoulder? Our Yoga instructors are here for you. To guide you, enlighten you and assist you in your Yoga practice. Learn breathing techniques, establish body and mind awareness and open up to the endless benefits Yoga has to offer you!

Deep Stretch Yoga

Join us for a slow stretch class based on the principles of Yin Yoga with an added flare that is beneficial for recovery and restoration. Expect to use props such as blankets, blocks and bolsters. Most of the movements in deep stretch will be low to the ground and held for longer periods of time. This is the perfect class to work on those notoriously tight body areas such as hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and back in a gentle and recuperative way.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a fabulous class for those just starting out with this wonderful practice of mind, body and spirit as well as those looking to deepen their practice in a more restorative way.

We will move through poses at a slower rate, yet continue to work with a sequence that matches each movement to breath.

All levels are welcome!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an active Yoga Flow. Get ready to Breathe, Sweat and Flow.

You can expect a multiple range of postures: standing, seated, inverted, prone and supine, traditional Sun Salutations: surya namaskar, Breath practices: pranayama and a traditional closing relaxation: savasana.

The class is often heated to about 80 degrees and intensity is varied instructor to instructor.

All levels are welcome.


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower paced yoga practice. Poses are held for 45 seconds to 2 minutes (sometimes longer). Yin Yoga poses apply moderate pressure to the connective tissue of the body- tendons, fascia and ligaments- with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints thus improving flexibility and daily mobility.

Used to complete more active forms of yoga and exercise, this yin practice is slow paced, calming, and restorative, leaving you with a feeling complete and oneness.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga connects postures together in a "flow", moving from one posture to another seamlessly connected to breath.

Vinyasa is active yet calming. Its both empowering and relaxing. Here you can shut your mind off as the instructor guides you from pose to pose allowing you to dive deeper into yourself, emotionally, mentally and physically. No judgements, no expectations, just you on your mat in your own practice.

Wine Down Yoga

Happy hour is not just for the bar anymore! Join us for a fun packed hour of "flowing" Yoga and wine! Get off work and "squeeze" in that workout and a complimentary glass of wine. All levels welcome. This class will be Vinyasa based with twists, balances and "bottoms up" of course!

Barre 33

Ever wondered how dancers get their long, lean, toned physique? Barre 33 is a fun, music pumping class that infuses techniques from dance, pilates and yoga. This class is filled with pulses and plies that will burn and sculpt your body into transformation. Its low impact makes it great for all levels and ages. Barre 33 is the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and fluidity with a kiss of cardiovascular elements. Get ready to get lengthen, strengthen and tone!

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a class where we use yoga therapy balls, foam rollers and targeted stretches to actively release stress that builds in the body over time. This class uses techniques of self massage where we target areas of pain to help find relief in the body. Once you leave this class you'll feel more centered, aware of the muscles and perhaps even stand a little straighter. We incorporate a myofascial class in our schedule because it's a great balance and addition to a yoga, barre and sculpt practice. All levels welcome and encouraged!

Barre/Pilates Fusion

Barre/Pilates Fusion is a challenging full body workout where we incorporate the best of both practices to target upper body, lower body, and core. Expect standing sequences, barre work, and floor based exercises with bursts of cardio mixed in. We'll cool down with gentle yoga stretches. Bring a mat for the floor work!

Sculpt 33

This 45 minute Power-Packed Class was created to make you sweat, sculpt and burn those muscles to fatigue.

Through the use of dumbbells, resistance bands and your own body weight we will work you from the bottom up, revealing those muscles you didn't know you had through functional movement and training. Come prepared to sweat and burn. All levels welcome.
